Prize Logistics: 

If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be awarded. Prize will be fulfilled at the conclusion of this giveaway.

If Winner does not wish to take delivery of the Prize, the Winner may elect to take a cash alternative of $0.00 (USD) (the “Cash Alternative”). If the Cash Alternative is awarded, no additional prizes or compensation of any kind will be provided.

Taxes:

All prizes offered are subject to U.S. taxes and can only be shipped to a valid address within the United States. The Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership and/or use. Where the prize awarded to a U.S. resident is equal to or exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reporting the retail value of the prize awarded. 

Prize Purpose:

The purpose of Sponsor hosting the Giveaway is to encourage and promote donations to the Designated Grantee.

Age to Enter:

You must be 18 years of age or older.

Ineligible States, Provinces, or Countries:

Giveaways are only valid for residents of the United States, and are void in jurisdictions that require additional permits and licenses to offer a giveaway, and/or countries whose local laws prohibit entry into Giveaways. Giveaways are void in New York and Florida if the Approximate Retail Value is greater than $5,000 USD, as additional bonding and registering are required to to offer a giveaway.

Eligibility Notes:

Entry is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited. In certain jurisdictions, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Immediate families, agents, or employees of the Sponsor or Prize Provider, are not eligible to win. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Campaign Giveaway Rules and the Official Rules . Winning the prize offered for each Giveaway is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter:

No purchase, or donation is necessary to enter or win. Contributing will not improve chances of winning. SubForLove members will, however, be automatically entered to win giveaways. You can enter by making an optional donation to the Designated Grantee through our website OR you can enter for free by clicking here and completing the registration form. Limit: Each participant may earn a maximum of thirty (30) entries during the Promotion Period by any combination of entry methods.

The odds of winning the Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.

Winner Confirmation Process:

The Winner shall be selected based on a random drawing from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified within 10 days of the drawing by email and will be provided with directions on how to formally accept the prize. If Winner does not respond as required within the time frame provided, winner forfeits the prize. If a Prize goes unclaimed or is forfeited by the Winner, the Sponsor may declare an alternate winner, based on another random drawing. In the event that a Prize remains unclaimed by any Winner after a period of 30 days from the initial notification attempt, during which time the Sponsor has reasonably attempted to select and notify a Winner, the Prize will not be awarded. In such circumstances, the Sponsor reserves the right to withhold the Prize, and no alternative Winner shall be selected nor any compensation provided. The Sponsor is responsible for shipping the Prize to the Winner, when applicable. The Winner will not be responsible to pay for any Prize shipping.

Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Sponsor. In order to accept the Prize, Winner must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Sponsor and/or Prize Provider.

No photographs of the Winner shall be shared in connection with the Giveaway by Sponsor or another related party that is involved or otherwise participating in the Giveaway. Should Sponsor wish to use photographs associated with the Winner, then Sponsor shall seek the written permission of the Winner in a Giveaway and shall inform the Winner how the photograph will be used and where it will be shared.

Website Policies:

Your participation and entry into the Giveaway must be in compliance with the Website’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Entries which don’t comply with the Website’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service will be disqualified.

The Website does not sponsor or endorse this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, you release the Website from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.
